About Lotus Nei Gong - North Wales

Lotus Nei Gong (LNG) School of Martial Arts teaches Daoist Arts including Taijiquan, Nei Gong, and Qi Gong in the UK, Europe and USA. LNG’s North Wales region is managed by Steve Galloway and offers a broad program of activities throughout Denbigshire and North Wales, including weekly classes in Denbigh, Rhyl, Ruthin and Wrexham.

LNG broader program includes 2-4 day courses around the UK and residential courses in Europe, Asia, and USA. For those interested in traditional "temple" training, LNG runs a retreat centre in Sweden which accomodates serious students of the Daoist Arts who can study from 1 week to 3 months between June and the end of August.

My training, work experience and any achievement

Lotus Nei Gong’s senior teacher in North Wales, Steve Galloway teaches Neigong/Qigong, and Taijiquan in North Wales, and has taught around the Mediterranean, Sweden, and USA. Steve is registered at TCUGB as a tenured teacher (A grade). His approach is very systematic with a strong focus on precise form work and good body mechanics.
